Weight Loss Management

 At Bluewater Primary Care, we believe that good health is the foundation of a happy and fulfilling life. That's why we offer a range of healthcare services designed to help you achieve your health goals.  

Medical weight loss management, also known as medically supervised weight loss, is a non-surgical program that helps people lose weight and maintain that loss through lifestyle changes. At Bluewater Primary Care, you may receive weight loss services as part of your primary care management. In Florida, the law requires an initial evaluation, follow-up appointments at minimum every 3 months with proper laboratory monitoring and a weight loss management program. 

In conjunction with your primary care management, Bluewater Primary Care may assist with your weight loss management through prescription of insurance-covered medications including Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound or assist in home delivery of compounded versions of semaglutide or terzepitide.  (Cost varies depending if includes prescription or home delivery of compounded medication - prices may vary depending upon pharmacy costs. There will NEVER be a monthly membership fee!

0.5mL vial (Weeks 1-4) Injecting 5 units one time weekly  $200/vial
